Set Instant Pot to Saute on high. Add oil when pot heats up.
Now add sliced onions and fry until light golden.
Next, add beef cubes, bones if using any , ginger & garlic paste, Shan Masala and saute for 5 minutes (Tip: Saute each ingredient for a couple minutes before adding the next one).
Even though this is biryani masala , we're using it to make pulao and adding 3½ cups of water to the pot.
Add cilantro and give it a good mix.
Cover Instant Pot and set on Pressure Cook for 30 minutes. Make sure vent is sealed.
After 30 minutes release pressure and check if meat is cooked to your liking. If not pressure cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Now add soaked rice and cover Instant Pot
Seal vent and set Instant pot to "Rice" setting and let it cook on "Auto"
When ready, make sure valve is down, open up IP and serve with Raita.
